安森美（onsemi，納斯達克股票代碼：ON）將在德國慕尼黑電子展（electronica）展示並演示其最新創新，其中許多應用都是基於碳化矽（SiC）。安森美憑藉端對端的SiC供應鏈，從量產晶錠到一流的整合模塊和分離式封裝解決方案，為客戶提供他們所信賴的供應保證。

其中一個關鍵演示將以創新的Top-Cool MOSFET為特色，這是為簡化馬達控制和DC-DC轉換等具挑戰應用的熱設計而開發的。這七款新元件採用LFPAK封裝，尺寸僅為5mmx7mm，具有15mm2的熱阻焊墊，可以將熱量直接散發到散熱器上，而不是透過印刷電路板（PCB）散熱。這可以使PCB溫度降低，從而提高整個系統的可靠性和使用壽命。這新概念實現了簡化的熱設計，並做到系統級節省成本。

台股今 (9) 日延續股匯雙漲氣勢，在半導體雙雄衝鋒下，電子權值股漲勢強勁，金融股、貨櫃航運等傳產股百花齊放，指數開高震盪走高，終場收在今日最高 13638.81 點，大漲 291.05 點或 2.18%，成交量 2377.95 億元。

電子權值股方面，半導體雙雄同步強漲超過 4%，台積電開高走高，收在今日最高 417 元；聯發科最高至 656 元，以 650 元作收；鴻海上漲 2.5%、聯電上漲逾 4%，日月光投控也有約 2.8% 漲幅。
